Pre-season training officially kicks off this week!
The sessions will be predominately fitness based in an attempt to shed the Christmas KGs and everyone and anyone is welcome to attend.
There will be Wednesday night and Sunday morning sessions (see the information listed below).
Wednesday night sessions
7pm to 8pm @ Mordialloc Beach (213 Beach Rd, Mordialloc) commencing Wednesday 4th February. Meet at grass area opposite The Bay.
These Wednesday sessions will run until we swap to our regular Wednesday night training from Wednesday 4th March.
Sundays morning sessions
930am to 11am @ Mentone Grammar Playing Fields commencing Sunday 8th February
The first two Sunday sessions will be fitness on the grass until we switch over to the turf from Sunday 22nd February.
