Limited Game Packs
Limited game packs are for senior players who foresee genuine availability constraints.We are offering a 9-game pack this season. Games include all games (not rounds), both during the regular season and finals.If you exceed the number of games in your pack during the regular season, you will be levied for the balance of your full fees.

If you exceed the number of games in your pack during finals, you will be levied $30 per finals round played from that point.

Due Dates and Payment Plans

Senior fees (including juniors playing in seniors) are due by the start of round 1 of the senior season (Sat 5 Apr), at which time there will be a $25 increase in all senior fees levied.

Junior fees are due by the start of the junior season (Fri 2 May 2025). If the junior player is playing in seniors, prior to this date, fees are due before the player’s first senior game is played.

Second and subsequent child discounts continue to be offered for families with more than one child playing in the age groups of U14-18.

If you feel you need a payment plan, please approach treasurer Mark Amott with your request (Mark can be contacted at info@stbedeshc.org.au or in person at training). Payment plans must be fully paid by round 4 of the season at the latest and will be split over two payments at most. They must also be agreed prior to you playing your first game.

Special Consideration
If you feel you have significantly extenuating circumstances regarding your fees, please contact the Committee on info@stbedeshc.org.au with an outline of your situation and your request. This must be done as soon as is reasonably practicable and the timing of requests is significant when the committee considers such requests.
